- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and message.
- Server logs: IP, user-agent and timestamps.
3. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. Three processors are involved, each under a data processing agreement: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (hosting, in European Union regions), Resend (delivery of the email the form generates, from infrastructure located in the European Union) and Microsoft 365 (the mailbox that receives form messages).
4. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hola@adaptia.org. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
